8/23/13 - AM 6K Row + PM Training/Testing

Felt great this time around. So hot today.

All felt good. Right hip is weird, but they felt strong today.

Felt sharp today. Didn't know how high I could get as I thought limiter would
be breathing. 185 started to get spicy.

Pissed about the first 3 min a/d. So pissed.
I will get 10 more calories the next time I do it. Mispaced. Was wayy to soft.
The rest was tough. I felt recovered after the first 3, but legs were toast.
HS walk was aweful as there isn't really anywhere flat out here. It's
good practice for the end result. It's making me better.
The last 3 min was just a sloppy grind.

Tough session for me tonight. I was tired. The EMOM took some out of me too.
Felt lactic before I started the tester.
