BS @32X2; 4,4,3,3; rest 3-4 min (solid warm up, tester)
225, 255, 275, 285
Feeling better each day. Still not 100% but felt safe today.
Happy with the progress.


B. PS ladder – start at 115# - emom - increase 10# per min (20 DU’s after each completed rep)
255, PR!, no go on 265.
Very excited about this. Felt great! 245 was a PR as well

250 and 500 were about a 1:35, and a 1:50
Then the 1k was a 3:15. Spicy. Felt good to hurt.
