Didn't feel great today. 33" narrow box.
T2B - 15/10/8/7
Felt great. I can catch up breathing here.
S2O - 5's
Took around 2:00
Lunge - broke once
Took around 1:15
Only about 20 seconds faster than last time,
but reps were way better and I felt much more in control.
Happy with the result. I'll go unbroken on lunges
and faster on HSPU's and S2O on game day.
