Done. Felt great. All sets around :21-:22. Pretty tired this morning out of bed.
Only about 7.5 hours of sleep. I'm used to more. Luckily I have an easy day ahead. Body feels good though. Looking forward to the hike later.

Bad weather today. Relaxation based massage instead. Feeling great.
