Done. Felt great. Body feels good today. Quads are still kinda…err nevermind. Feeling good.

Felt ok. Burpees were tough today. Shoulders felt kinda tired. I felt a little lost on pace at the start. Tripped like 4 times at the start. Kept hitting the mat or something. On paper, I planned to just go. I finally settled in after a few minutes. The du's became more difficult than I thought.
