Snatches were fast singles. Finshed in around 4:30 or so. Felt easy and tried to stay paced. Wanted to have plenty of gas for MU's.
MU's were tough. Did 4/3, doubles until 15 then singles. Missed one rep. I was gassed. Felt a little lactic after this too. Really wanted sub 10. Snatches felt strong today. I think I could do the 30 in under 3 minutes alone.
