Done. Averaged 85 rpm. Felt great. Little spicey in the legs.

A. Squat snatch/double under gauntlet (regional 2012)

Felt strong. 285 was CLOSE.

50/50 on double unders for all sets except 100 UB on last.

I was a little tired starting this after all the lifting
but I think I handled this well.
Lots of breaks but controlled breathing.
