Pretty tired this morning.
Slept pretty good. Just hard to get going.
All sets around :21-:22




PM
EMOM for 20 min:
Odd- 3 power snatch 155#
Even- 3 muscle ups
+
EMOM for 20 min:
Odd- 3 squat clean 225#
Even- 3 parallete hspu
+
EMOM for 20 min:
Odd- 30 seconds airdyne @90%
even- 15 anchored sit ups

Done. Felt great!
Mixed and matched tng on the movements.
AD was around 20-22 cal per set.
Situps were easy.
