C. 50 muscle ups for time

Did 6 sets of 4, then 5 or 6 sets of 3, a few doubles then ended with singles. I think I might try all doubles next time with almost no rest. I have no clue what a good time for this is. I felt like I rested wayyy to much.

Just tried to attack this one as hard as possible. HSPU's were the limiter. I think I made it through 6 or 7 rounds unbroken. Probably a little deeper deficit than I was supposed to. Measured 11" Fun workout. Power cleans felt great.
