This was just a grinder. The whole workout was the wall walks. T2B were very broken but done fast. 15/5/5/3/3/3/3/3/3. Wall walks were just a grind. Burpee chinups were fast and easy. Feeling good!

I was smoked. Felt pukie before I started it. Went out way too hard. Pushed VERY hard at the end
but there just wasn't much there. Started at 2500 cal/hr. Next time I'll hold probably 1800-2000 then let her rip the last :45. Long week. Ready for some rest. Feel pretty good though.
