12/21/12 - Double Training + Test "Fran"

Legs started getting spicy on last 2. Good session. Held around 22-23 strokes per minutes for about 300m, then speed up breathing and stroke rate to the end.  


PM
A. TnG squat snatch; 3 reps on the min for 12 min @60% 1rm
Done @ 160#. Felt good. Took a few sets to start feeling good.

B. TnG deadlift 3 reps x10 sets @315#; rest 45 seconds bw sets
Done. Easy. 

C. Build to a max power clean in 4 attempts
275, 285, 295X, Big miss so shut it down. No power left. PR is 315#.

The best it has ever felt. Felt perfectly FINE afterwards. Was able to speed up the last 9 pullups. Not really sure where I could speed this up. Maybe shorter limbs? Vids uploading now. Very happy with how I felt.
