Airdyne 20 min easy
Done. Out of bed fasted. Felt good. 20 min. Z1 nowadays is nothing. I think I could do it every day. Helps wake my body up. If not some cyclical for 20 min. at least run through a full warm up.

Done. Easy. Felt good. Spent some time messing around with a few different bar muscle up techniques.
