Swam with Shep this morning. We were limited on lanes so we traded off. Rest/Work. Not a continuous swim but over 1000m total.

Run 30 sec @ 90%;
Walk 30 sec.
Done. Felt good. Not sure distance for each set but it was consistent. Marked off two areas behind the gym and ran back and forth. Legs were pretty tired by the end of it. Need some practice running.
