Crossfit Memphis

So I'm here on vacation in Memphis and decided to drop in and check out their CF facility. I was warmly welcomed on the first day with the deadlift burpee workout. Not much difference here than in Murfreesboro. They let me play my hate music loud and bloody up the bars with my shins. It truly is a home away from home.
