Got to Brandi's folk pretty late last night. Wanted to swim before the drive yesterday but didn't sleep well and decided it was better to get more slleep than force it.

Stretch /foam roll 10 min.
Felt good. Lower calves are a little sore from filthy fifty on Tuesday. Glad to get out and loosen up.
