These got me sick as a dog today. I felt poisoned afterwards. Took about 20 min. to fully recover. I could barely walk. Not exaggerating. I usually walk around the building at an easy pace upon completion. It took me 20 min. to make it around the building. I kept stopping and hunching over. Great session!
