Went to Buggy Top Cave in Sewanee today with Brandi on my way back from Murfreesboro. Awesome hike to an awesome cave. So much fun just getting out. Weather was perfect. Sunny around 65.

There are so many of God's creations in these pictures that I'm thankful for. Incredible relationship, beautiful earth, health, and the ability to experience them simultaneously.

11/23/11 - Training

No terrain here in Memphis. Instead chose to rake some leaves with a 20# vest for 4 hours.
