Felt good today. Legs are a little tight and sluggish but not bad.
Wasn't quite warm enough for the first run. Was going
to rest a few more minutes and start over, but just decided to get going.
Turned out fine. Same track as usual

Done. Felt great. Long warmup. Played aroudn with some burpee muscleups.

Breathing felt good. Body feels pretty good. A little stiff, but not bad.
