A. Snatch Grip Push Press - Work to 1RM
B. 1xHang Snatch/3xSnatch Balance/1xFull Snatch

195#, felt good.
30 Muscle Ups for time: only sets of 3
Not the fastest, but no misses. Upper body is pretty sore from Wednesday. Doing 3's slowed me down.
