12/2/13 - AM 10k Row + PM Training

AM
Row 10k
- consistent 1k pace throughout

Done. Felt great. Butt started to cramp but felt amazing when it was over.
Held a 1:56, Time was 38:49.7


PM
A. BS @20X1; 4,3,3,2; rest as needed (floss)
315#, 345, 365, 385
Felt good. Groin was still pulling a little but it's getting less and less. 385 felt light.
B. 8 sets - every 45 sec – HC x 2 (255#)
Done. Pretty easy. Felt sharp.
C. 3 sets - 50m HS walk; rest 2 min
2:10, 2:18, 2:22
Broken into 10m at a time. Happy with how good these felt.

1:42 on CTB's, did 20/10/8/7/5, felt strong.
10:38 on middle portion, felt strong. 10" parallettes. Good challenge.
3:28 on rope climbs. 17' rope. VERY happy with how fast I knocked these out. Still a LOT of room
for improvement but progress was made.
