A. CGBP cluster; 2.2.2 x 3; rest 15 sec, rest 2 min

Felt really strong. Last 2 reps at 265 were a good fight.

B. Emom 7 min - Tng PC + J x 5 (155#)
Felt good. Smooth. Glad this was here to get me moving. It more served and a way to chip the concrete off my body from the night before.

12:10, TTB UB and fast, Burpees steady. Had a good push on this one. GHD's were slow. HAven't done them in a while and stomach blew up. I was doing sets of 10. Would have liked to just fly through them.
