3 tough Hang Power Clean
Row 25 sec max effort
rest 5-7 min b/t sets - ensure full recovery and add per set if you can to ensure intensity increases per set

Went tng with the hang power cleans. Felt good today. It was fun TRYING to chase big Shepherd. That man is a pulling machine!
