8/9/13 - Recovery


AM:
Swim
25m @ 80% x 6; rest 30 sec

100m @ 80% x 2; rest 1 min.
+
50m @ 90% x 2; rest 30 sec.

Did some flip turn drills as well. My new goal. Body feels good.


PM:
Partner Workout with some buddies.

3 sets:
Row 250m
*Meanwhile other partners alternate chin over bar hold

3 sets:
20 Cal Airdyne
*Meanwhile other partners alternate FLR on rings

Good session. Static gymnastic work felt great. Took about 17min or so.
