Broke the 15's into 8/7, 21 and 9 UB. This was a heavy breather for me today. Super winded. Hips were smoked. Fun workout.

Felt good tonight. It's getting cold and dark early. Still adjusting to it. Not a bad session though.
Could have kept up pace on both sets all day long. It was nice to back off on the intensity and just work. My body was craving it.
