Felt awesome. Recovered immediately. Just kept moving. Broke when needed but tried to keep the rest short. Watching video the knees 2 elbows weren't exactly "knee to elbow" Kind of a bummer. I didn't want anything taken from that time. I'm proud of it. Felt good to grind.
