4/14/13 - AM Z1 Airdyne + PM Thruster/Burpee

Row 30 min z1 
Slept great last night.
No rower where I'm at so I rode AD for 30 min.
Got off every 5 minutes and did some dynamic stretching.

PM at 2:00 pm
Thrusters 95#


This was tough. Set of 30 burpees really killed me. I did all sets of 10 on thrusters except for round of 20. Did 4 sets of 5. Thought I would move a lot faster through this. Felt really out of shape.
