Done. Rest :30 instead. Felt great. Had a minor breakthrough on stroke technique. First 100m at 2:00, then all 2:08 Feeling confident for the 1k this Thursday. Sub 22 is goal.


PM
Bike 60 min z1 easy on road

Done. About 14 miles. Awesome day out. Just went and road all over town. Unplugged. Only flipped off one driver today. That’s progress.
