6/21/14 - Training/Recovery

A. Hang snatch - build to a tough set of 5 (bar cannot drop)
Called it at 185# power. Right wrist was not feeling good at all.

B. Snatch pull; 1.1 x 3; rest 2 min (280,285,290)
Done. Felt strong.

C. CGBP - build to a heavy set of 3 
275#, tough for the day.
