5/10/11 - Double Training

*Still nursing shoulder. Taking it easy on overhead stuff and pullups for a little while.

Run 5 min @ Z1

6 Sets @ 85-90%:

Run 400m @ 85-90%
20 Games Style Pushups
Run Split @ 50% (All sets around 2:40-2:45)

Run 5 min @ Z1
Runs felt great thanks to a good warm-up. Good breathing.

7 Heavy Front Squat

12 Box Jumps
12 GHD Situps
Active Rest 4 min.
All sets around 1:40-1:50. Front squat weights were 225,235,235,235

4 Sets @ 95-97%
7 KB Squat Clean - 2pd
2x:
12 KB Swings
12 Back Extensions
Active Rest 4 min.
All sets around 1:35-1:45
+
30 min. Pool/Hot tub contrast bath.
