AMRAP: HSPU's Played with different hand positioning on plates. 
Walk 1 min. actively

PM:
5 rounds for time:
1 squat snatch - 115#
9 OHS - 115#
15 ghd sit ups

5:29. All reps UB and smooth. Could have gone faster on OHS but slowed down to ensure perfect reps.

    1b) 4 Muscle Ups EMOM until miss
    lost grip on 5th minute and tweaked shoulder. Stopped to be safe.

    1c) 100 games pushups mandatory 20secs rest when broken
