Did some strict supinated chinups just to feel out shoulders. Might have to stick with these for a while.

7:02. Kept the first row around a 1:40. All clean UB and fast. Fatigued fast on ring pushups as expected. Last row was around 1:35 for first half, then all out around 1:30 at the end.
