6/16/11 - Easy Recovery

20 min. airdyne @ Z1, bump to 90% for last 10 seconds of every minute.

A). Bench Press: 3,3,3,3,3; rest 5 minutes
B). Shoulder Ext. Rotation on cable machines. 3 x 10/ arm; rest 3 min.
C). Shoulder stability figure 8's. 3 sets.
