AMRAP HSPU on plates

Run 400 m @ 90%
AMRAP HSPU on plates
rest 7 min
Run 400 m @ 95%
AMRAP HSPU on plates

1. Around 1:50 with turnaround. Gotta be more that 400m. Felt much faster than that. 15 hspu's
2. Around 1:30, 12
3. Around 1:10, 14
