2/10/14 - AM Training + PM Training

AM
A. Clean; 2,2,2,2 (90%); rest as needed
Done. 305 for all sets. 90 sec rest. Felt a little heavy today.

B. Emom - Tng ground to OH (no rest on shoulder) x 3 (beginning @135#, adding 10# per minute) - max 8 min
Finished with 205. Felt fine. Good tech work.

C. for time: 40 MU
5:44, 5,5, 3/2, 3/2, 3/2, doubles then singles. Felt ok today. I can get more out of this. Recovered fast though. UB feels strong.
