2/19/14 - AM Recover + PM Training

Done. Run felt crappy and tight. Hasn't been much of it lately. Feeling great otherwise!

A. FS; 2,2,2; rest 2-3 min (80-85%)
320, 330, 340, Felt awesome.

B. Emom 6 min - Tng thruster x 3 (135#, inc small per set)
135-160. Small jumps. 5#, smooth breathing. Is this right?

20 CTB chin up

7:18, singles on cleans. CTB's 10/10, 10/5/5, 10/10 Butterfly most. Feeling good with those. I changed the weights myself. Slowed a bit. Need to dig deeper on the cleans. Super strong right now, and I need to use it more. I'm happy with the improvement on ctb's though. Feeling good.
