Done. Felt good. Around 80-82 rpm. 90% is usually around 85 rpm on this machine.

2:30, 30/10/5/5/5/5 Not the best on these tonight. Stomach just gave out. I wanted to go 30/20/10. Just not there.

This felt ok tonight. Just didn't feel smooth. Each round was a harder effort though. Last 2 were tough as lower back was lit up.
