Averaged 1:28.8/500m pace, :44.4 These felt easy. Not sure if my effort was correct. Well, they felt easy afterward. Legs started to get a little tired, but I was recovering very quickly.
A. Clean and jerk 3 reps x6 sets; rest 90 seconds (moderate effort)
225# for all sets. Felt good.
B. Snatch balance 5, 5, 5; rest 2 min
185# for all sets. Kept it light and fast.

10 wall walks
50 meter farmers walk 1.5 pood
Just a grind. Wall walks suck. Carry was easy. Quads were really sore today. Training today helped.
