A. Clean and jerk; 2 reps x10 sets; rest 45 seconds bw sets
(light/moderate load)
B. Split jerk clusters 1.1.1x3 rest 15 seconds/rest 3 min
EMOM for 10 min:
Odd- 5 thrusters 135#
Odd- 5 muscle ups
EMOM for 10 min:

Even- 10 toes to bar

Merry Christmas! Been up since 4am on the toilet. Caught some kind of stomach bug. Not sure if it was something I ate or airborne. Planned to wake up at 6 am, knock out part 1, rest. Knock out part 2 around 11 am. Then go and visit family. After getting up at 7 and moving around, training is out of the question today. Stomach is so queezy, and it's really hard to eat. Frustrating, felt really good yesterday and body feels recovered. Oh well. 

Those who belong to Christ Jesus have nailed the passions and desires of their sinful nature to his cross and crucified them there. Since we are living by the Spirit, let us follow the Spirit's leading in every part of our lives. Let us not become conceited, or provoke one another, or be jealous of one another.  Galatians 5:24-26
