1. TnG Squat Snatch - build to a 10RM

Missed the 9th rep at 205. Backed it down to 195, missed on 7. Called it. Was out of gas. Didn't like to fail but took a chance. Decided just to move on.
2. 40 sec amrap/20 sec rest - burpees - jump to touch 8" with one
arm above max reach for total reps - 4 sets
Tough, chest blew up. Pretty lactic.
3. 7rds for time:
10 DL - 175#
15 wall balls - 20# to 10 ft
Unbroken but not fast. I was smoked from the burpees. Did this all by myself. Hands are still shredded from this week. That got in my head a little. Tough but fun tests.

Farmers carry - Used 365# on a trap bar, took about 1:20. Handstand walks were in 10m turnarounds. Very broken. Shoulders were smoked.
