Done this AM. Slept great last night. Averaged 1800-1850 cal/hr during working sets. Good energy this morning. Quads are WRECKED.

Done. All unbroken. Hands are very sore. Only a few small tears. Shoulders are pretty toast. I was starting to have to really focus on good position to keep the shoulders healthy. Great practice. Feeling good.
