HS walk felt rusty. MU's felt good. Triple unders were a disaster today. Can't do them anymore. Haven't practiced in months. Tough session.

Felt great tonight. Really happy with this. I felt controlled and focused on the movements. Much better than last week. This was just plain fun tonight.
