Training:

A. power clean; 3, 2, 1; rest 3 min
255#, 275#, 285#
*Tried to stay light because of hip.
Didn’t want to catch anywhere near parallel 

B. 3 TnG power clean on the minute for 15 min 205#
Done. Easy.
C. Amrap 1-5 unbroken l-pull up ladders in 8 minutes
4 + (1+2+1)
Terrible at these.
