Sunday 5/6/12:

McG/Shep/Brandi:
Back Squat: work to a heavy single 405#, felt really good. Surprised. Pretty sore from yesterday.

10 Burpees
8 DB Snatches - Alternating 100#/70#
8 Burpees
6 DB Snatches - Alternating 100#/70#
6 Burpees
4 DB Snatches - Alternating 100#/70#
4 Burpees
2 DB Snatches - Alternating 100#/70#
2 Burpees
Run 450m

8:25, run felt ok. DB Snatches were slow. I felt really winded on this. Hips were a little tired from squatting. Feeling good though!
