A. In 10 min. work to heavy double in Snatch Grip Deadlifts - 335#
B. 50 HSPU for time -  2:58 10/10/10/5/5/3/3/4 Felt ok
C. Death by Hang Power Clean - 225#, 6 rounds + 6 reps

Rest 4+ hours

Shep/McG/Austin/Brandi: PM
6 sets @ High Effort :
10 Burpees
10 KB Swings - Heavy
10 Box Jumps
20 Double Unders
3 Muscle ups/ *Brandi - 1 muscle up
Walk/rest 7 min.

All sets around 1:20. Last set went all out. Felt freakin awesome today.
