A. Snatch Balance: Work to heavy single in 5 sets 275#, felt solid.
B. Snatch: 2,2,2,2; rest 3 min. 225#,230#,235#, 245# Felt freakin fantastic!

Buddy Carry x 2 lengths each w/ dumbbell
10 muscle ups
Both members much hold chin over bar for 60 sec. total
10 muscle ups
Buddy Carry x 2 lengths each w/ dumbbell
Around 7:00. Second set of muscleups was really tough after the hold. Fun workout.
