Testing:

10 muscle ups
100 push press 75#
1000m row

6:40xxx Only did 90 push press....damnit.


Muscle ups ub, broke 4 times on push press. Kept the reps really fast though.
Row was around 1:45-1:50. Pretty painful and sloppy.
