Training 5:30 PM:
Hip is feeling better. Should be good to go by next week. All movements unbroken and fast. Slower on transitions.

Felt good.
Took a few to warm up

5 power clean 135#
5 push press 95#
5 toes to bar
20 double unders
Airdyne 10 calories
Rest 5 min
5 + 2 cleans
Started a little too hot.
Had to slow movements down. Airdyne was slow. This was the hardest one.

5 hspu
5 GHD sit ups
Run 200m
6 even.
Felt better.
Picked it up a little bit towards the end
