A. on the minute for 10 min; 4 power snatch 165#
Complete. Felt good. Breathing started getting
heavy toward end. Hips felt really good today.
rest 7 min.

B. On the minute for 10 min; 3 hang power clean 205#
Complete. Easy. Hands are SHREDDED.
