6/8/12 - Training + Testing

Wasn't wanting drop under and catch so it was causing me to lose it forward. Frustrated with this. Tired of not seeing any improvement in this lift. I'll have videos up shortly. 2nd pull is weak.

Front squats felt good. Just ran out of gas on last set. Muscleups were sharp. Could have gotten 15 first round but kept swinging on the rings.

7:58,  First time doing it. Felt great. Each row was around 1:45-1:50. Only thing I would change next time is maybe push a little more on last row.
