6/5/12 - Training

PM:

7 CTB chin ups
7 burpee broad jumps
7 ring dips
run 200m

Rest 3 min

5 power snatch 115#
7 knees to elbow
10 ring push ups
20 double unders
Rest 7 min

7 min amrap @80%
Row 150m
5 power clean 155#
5 hspu
Rest 12 min

x2 (2 times through both amraps)


3+20m, 4 even, 4 even

sipped on some gatorade during the rest
didn't mess with stomach.

3+50m, 4 + 3 snatch, 4+150m

This was tough, long session. Breathing is feeling better though. Movements are easy. Snatches and cleans tend to light me up but felt much better with them this time. Butterflied ctb's. Getting better at them and they are starting to feel pretty efficient.
